1. Digital Products & Courses
All our products and services are digital in nature.
Once access is granted, no refunds or returns will be provided.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only if:
Payment is deducted but course access is not provided
Duplicate payment is made
Such issues must be reported within 7 days of payment.
3. Refund Process
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
